Our preferred booking strategy is by telephone as this allows us to understand what our customers want and provide an experience that is tailored to their specific needs. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions.
See the Causeway Coast, the Glens of Antrim, Donegal or the Sperrin Mountains and never meet another vehicle. Join us for an off-road adventure with lots of bumps and boggy squelching as our 4x4s follow the bouncing trail of hares and the agile path of mountain sheep to see some of Ireland’s wildest places. Book now to find your way to untouched beaches, ancient beauty and secret sanctuaries. Don’t forget your duncher (that’s a flat cap)—or your wellies!
Let us know whether you want to explore the craggy coastline of North Antrim, the majestic glens of Donegal or the unspoiled beauty of the Sperrin Mountains. Whichever route you choose, your party will be treated to off-road rollicking as we take on countryside that is strange to everything but sheep. Stop to track wildlife, photograph bog cotton and smell the country air. Watch the birdlife—or play in the waves. Enjoy family fun or time with friends as you make memories in the wild. Our routes follow special ordnance survey trails which we have plotted and planned. You won’t see any vehicle other than our Land Rover as we bump and bounce through bog land on our way to some of our island’s most secret beauty spots.
We hope to see you soon!
Flat Cap Adventurers is a family run business owned and operated by Adam Stewart. Growing up in Northern Ireland during the 1990's, Adam had an enthusiasm for classic cars and adventure from a young age. His father always drove Land Rovers and used them for overland trips when he was a child. Adam now wants to share his enthusiasm and sense of adventure to captivate visitors' imaginations and provide them with an off-roading and touring experience they will never forget.
Flat Cap Adventurers provide 4x4 experiences for anyone to enjoy. If you have never been off-roading and want to access some of the fantastic places we visit, you can come along as a passenger. Our fleet of Land Rover Discovery vehicles can take you off the beaten track in relative comfort. They are 7 seaters, therefore a family of 6 can easily come in one vehicle.
If you have your own vehicle and wish to visit Ireland on an overland holiday, we can assist you as tour guides or alternatively arrange everything for you including hotels and catering that will make your off-roading trip the best yet!
